New Spider-Man Homecoming Trailer Reveals It’s Going To Blow Past Expectations!

There’s a new Spiderman film due for release, Called “Spiderman Homecoming”, its due in theatres this coming June 28th in the United States, with a United Kingdom, Finland and Ireland release before its official debut worldwide, bad news for fans in the rest of the world.

Iron Man (Robert Downey Junior) is in the film as the trailers have made links to the Avenger movies universe. The official synopsis of the movie this:

“Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter Parker (Tom Holland) returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man – but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.”

Michael Keaton plays the villain in Homecoming and told collider about his role “He’s somewhat of a victim. He takes things in that he feels like a victim, and some of it is justified actually. He believes that there’s an upper echelon of society of people who are getting away with a lot and have everything.”

Immediately noticeable changes are the new Spider suit, a technology based suit designed by none other than Tony Stark, it’s got a female voiced JARVIS like AI interface, with a dizzying array of 5oo plus web shooter combinations and Spiderman now has an internal display similar to the Iron Man suit. Oh, and the suit now comes with a parachute.

Once Peter Parker dons the Spiderman costume, at the press of the Chest mounted Spider symbol, it becomes skin-tight. The trailers also hinted at a Spider drone of sorts, could this be a sidekick for Spiderman, it’s too early to tell.
Judging by the trailers released so far, it would seem that “Spiderman Homecoming” is going to be the most technologically advanced Spiderman film to date, in the comics, Peter Parker built his own web shooters, suit and other gadgets, so this movie should appeal to Marvel Comics Universe fans in a big way.
